I need an order urgently – can you do it?

Yes, we will try to accommodate last minute jobs. Just contact us with your order and we will do our very best to meet your deadline.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we are happy for you to collect to save time and carrier costs, collection is available during our opening times: Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm  and 9.00am – 1.00pm Saturdays (Bank Holidays we are close Sat/Sun/Mon).

Can you print photographs onto t-shirts?

Yes, using a process called thermal transfers, we can put photos and any multi colour works onto white t-shirts.

What formats do you require my artwork in?

We accept jpeg, eps and pdf via e-mail, alternatively you can send a hard copy of your logo or design in the post.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we are happy to supply any quantity.

Can you embroider caps?

Yes, we can embroider both adults and childrens’ caps, front and back.

How can I make a payment?

We accept cash, cheques, debit and credit cards.

How will I receive my goods?

For small parcels we use Royal Mail.

For large orders we use a next day carrier who delivers to mainland UK - we can give you a quote for carriage costs.

We will contact you the day before delivery to confirm your required delivery address details.

I can’t find the item I want on the website, can I still get it from you?

Yes, we can usually source most items, just call or e-mail us with a description of what you are looking for. We have a standard range on our website, and are adding new items regularly.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We try our very best to turn around jobs as fast as possible – a delivery date will be given as soon as you have decided what you would like to order.

Do you provide team kits?

Yes, we provide a variety of teams including rugby, football, netball, bowling, triathlon, tennis and many more
